BASIC FUNCTION The Enterprise Control Room (ECR) is the command center for physical security operations, proactively mitigating risks and safeguarding company assets, personnel, and brand reputation. The Enterprise Security Operations Coordinator (ESOC) coordinates the processes of the ECR and is responsible for real-time monitoring of physical security, coordinating incident response and investigation, and conducting threat assessment, utilizing advanced technology and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure environment. The ESOC will also perform the role of security intelligence analyst, gathering and analyzing information to further identify and assess potential threats. The ESOC II role leads the ECR when management is unavailable, and assists with the oversight of satellite corporate security operations centers. It also performs ongoing quality assurance activities to ensure systems and staff are performing optimally. NOTE: relocation is not available, sponsorship will not be extended either now or in the future ~

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical security operations or a related field
• At least one year of work in a security operations center (national or global)
• Strong understanding of physical security technology and security systems
• Ability to identify and assess potential threats
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• 24/7/365 availability for emergency and incident response (except during approved paid time off)
• Occasional travel to other company locations

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field
• Experience in a leadership role with sound decision-making skills
• Certifications in physical security, such as PSP, CPP, or PCI
• Experience with intelligence gathering and analysis tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and research skills
• City of Chicago Fire Safety Director Certification

Compensation: $19.65 - $43.74

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
