Under supervision, the position is responsible for performing clerical and administrative activities to support the ERS and TAMUS Account Management units to include but not limited to: meetings, expense reports, mailings, tracking of legislative requirements, helping with summer enrollments, Oracle requests and ordering through Oracle, helping with sponsorship for membership fairs, tracking salespeople licenses, working with various internal teams such as Facilities and IT, travel booking, expense reporting for the assigned units and assisting Director with calendaring. This is a Hybrid position, working three days per week in office and two days per week remotely.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 3 years’ experience with the PC utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to design and create charts, graphs and reports.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational skills and initiative.
  • Analytical abilities.
  • Detail oriented.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with executive calendaring
  • Experience with scheduling meetings and travel
  • Concur travel system experience
  • Comfortable with flexibility and changing priorities

This is a Hybrid position, working three days per week in office and two days per week remotely.
