This position is responsible for driving the execution of pharmacy product initiatives, ensuring concepts are successfully brought to market. This role leads complex, cross-enterprise product implementations critical to account retention, market relevance, and regulatory compliance and partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive products from design through delivery using the Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC). Key responsibilities include analyzing business case scope, translating business requirements, managing escalations, and leading planning efforts. This role enhances team alignment through clear deliverables, proactive communication, and risk mitigation, drives solutions and upholds compliance with industry and HCSC standards. Serves as the business lead during a product implementation; lead activities from business case breakdown through transition to an operational support team. Implementation support includes, but is not limited to: deeply understanding and representing the business case and member / group impact throughout the implementation; business case breakdown for new implementations; risk, issue identification and mitigation with a deep business understanding; meeting preparation, facilitation, and being a business solutioning partner to the enterprise for a given product implementation. Creates deliverables that summarize status, document processes and capture assessment/ analysis results that will further team understanding and facilitate implementation efforts for various stakeholders (i.e., raising awareness of issues, providing education and training, and delivering recommendations). Ensure that reports and presentations to support the overall delivery and execution of client, product, business and operational requirements are created.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation or project management OR 8 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or project management.
  • Comfortable with change and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
  • Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working across various departments with various levels of management handling sensitive or difficult situations as well as developing and delivering formal training to internal and external customers.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working independently and in group settings and responding to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Experience identifying risks and issues and creating mitigation strategies.
  • Takes initiative in driving results, asking astute questions, proactively reaching out to stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical skills and experience applying business knowledge to solve problems.


Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Consulting or client/product implementation experience in a heavily matrixed organization.
  • Business analysis experience related to projects, implementations, and/or operations.
  • Conflict management and resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of or experience with the PDLC.
  • Experience managing multiple products and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products/ networks, as well as new legislation and interaction with government affairs.


Flexible work arrangement requires 3 days in the office, up to 2 days working from home.
