The Analytics Engineering Manager leads a team focused on building scalable data and analytics solutions to support medical economics and business intelligence (BI) initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and analytical data assets that enable high-quality, actionable insights for business stakeholders. As part of the enterprise data and analytics organization, the Analytics Engineering Manager ensures that data assets and analytical solutions are production-ready, reliable, and designed to meet evolving business needs.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and 7 years of work experience in a computer science, engineering, or related field OR Master’s degree and 5 years of work experience in a computer science, engineering, or related field OR Ph.D. and 3 years of work experience in a computer science, engineering, or related field"
• 3 year management or leadership experience.

• Proficiency in iterative development practices.
• Independently delivering or leading the delivery of data engineering solutions for multiple complex analytics or data science projects and products.
• A track record of independently delivering or leading the delivery of ML engineering capabilities.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience building enterprise-scale analytical product solutions, particularly focused on medical economics and cost trend analytics.
• Strong ability to manage and deliver OLAP layers and build semantic models to enable drill-down and drill-through analytics in Power BI.
• Solid leadership experience with Databricks, including managing cross-functional teams and delivering data engineering solutions at scale
• Experience working with Azure , Hadoop and relational databases.

Compensation: $130,800.00 - $242,800.00
