The Executive Director of Identity & Access Management is accountable for defining and executing the enterprise IAM strategy and operating model, including zero trust identity, platform modernization, and identity federation across cloud and subsidiary environments. This role provides deep IAM subject matter expertise, leads the end to end roadmap and delivery of IAM platforms and services, and owns all IAM controls and identity lifecycle outcomes. With regular C suite engagement, the Executive Director oversees budget management, vendor and partner strategy, and drives measurable reduction of identity related risk across workforce, customer, and privileged access.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of experience in IT/Information Security; or 19 years of experience without a degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience, with multi‑discipline teams (engineering/operations/governance).
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise IAM transformations (IGA, SSO, PAM, federation) and operating them at scale.
  • Experience presenting identity risk posture to executives/Board and driving cross‑functional remediation.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Expertise with modern identity standards and protocols (OIDC/OAuth2, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2/WebAuthn) and zero‑trust identity patterns.

Compensation: $191,500.00 - $355,600.00
