This Employee Relations position is responsible for working with leadership and team members to identify opportunities to improve or enhance the work environment and help business leaders identify effective solutions for addressing corrective action and conflict resolution. Team members participate in development and administration of HR policies, procedures, and tools to effectively support business leaders with promoting positive employee relations. Team members must also investigate employee concerns and allegations associated with violations of the law, enterprise policy and practice.

Required Job Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's Degree or 4-6 years in human resources, preferably, employee relations, or closely related field;
• Counseling, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures and federal and state employment and labor laws.
• Ability to identify issues

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience employee relations case management
• 1-2 years complex investigation experience

This is a Telecommute (Remote) role:  Must reside withing 250 miles of the office or anywhere within the posted state.
