Under supervision, this position responsible for review and collection of missing data and/or documents for credentialing and recredentialing of professional and/or institutional providers for multi states. Learn the credentialing application process and systems. Conducts verification research in order to complete the application file. Also processes professional and/or institutional providers applications in accordance with company, state and product requirements for assigned files. Responds to professional and/or institutional providers office representatives or internal department staff regarding status of the application and / or supporting documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 1 year business experience.A combination of college level education and experience will be considered

• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• Organization skills to handle multi-processes and multi-states.

• PC experience in Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and other business related/associated databases.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Polished and professional email and phone etiquette

• Critical Reading skills (analyzing, interpreting and sometimes evaluating communications thoroughly for understanding)

• Attention to detail

• Experience credentialing applications

Hybrid/Block: Work in office 1 week; work from home 2 weeks (after training).
