Under supervision, this position responsible for review and collection of missing data and/or documents for credentialing and recredentialing of professional and/or institutional providers for multi states. Learn the credentialing application process and systems. Conducts research in order to complete the application file. Also processes professional and/or institutional provider applications in accordance with company, state and product requirements for assigned files. Responds to professional and/or institutional provider office representatives or internal department staff regarding status of the application and / or supporting documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or GED.
* 1 year business experience. A combination of college level education and experience will be considered
* Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Organization skills to handle multi-processes and multi-states.
* PC experience in Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and other business related/associated databases.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
