The individual in this position supports Medicare FMO Topline Agency partners, performing research and assisting in analyzing financial and health data. This role serves as a strategic liaison dedicated to delivering data-driven insights and exceptional service to optimize performance and partner growth. Through a consultative approach, the Client Consultant translates complex data into actionable insights that empower Topline Agency to make informed business decisions, cost containment strategies, while maintaining a customer centric approach to service, anticipate partner needs, understand potential pitfalls, and efficiently and effectively responds to partner requests. This position analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers, identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences to help improve satisfaction with HealthSpring. The role is also responsible for end-to-end issue resolution and escalation management, partnering across internal matrix teams, including commissions, contracting, enrollment, compliance, and legal, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of service needs. The Client Consultant supports the improvement of the quality and efficiency of HealthSpring Medicare by delivering high quality account management support and sales operations every day, and remains compliant with all government and company procedures and regulations.Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree and 2 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating in healthcare, consulting or insurance industries OR 6 years experience in data analysis & information reporting relating in healthcare, consulting or insurance industries.
Requires knowledge and experience in own function; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
Builds own knowledge of HCSC, business processes and customers
Solves a range of problems
Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge of account management and service operations
- Understanding of Medicare services and requirements preferred
- Understanding CMS Compliance and guidance or demonstrated research capability
- Demonstrated communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve, identify and assist with removing roadblocks
- Work From Home: This is a fully remote position, available in the US only

Compensation: $61,500.00 - $136,100.00
