This position is responsible for managing small/mid group sales and supporting staff responsible for acquiring new sales and building relationships with brokers and clients. This position assists with developing sales goals and is responsible for the achievement of sales objectives. Ability and willingness to travel including overnight stays. Please note, this is a HYBRID role and requires in-office hours 3 days a week at the respective office location.

Required Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree and 7 years of managed care account management/sales experience OR 10 years of managed care account management/sales experience.
* Current, valid State Agent License.
* 3 years training/mentoring or management experience.
* Knowledge of managed care products, processes, and trends.
* Training/ mentoring skills.
* Negotiation experience and skills.
* Presentation experience and skills.
* Financial acumen. Experience and skills to develop/utilize reporting and present financial and statistical data.
* Verbal and written communications skills to include people management, building relationships internally and externally, and business writing.
* Experience addressing customer needs and making sound decisions.
* Experience building and maintaining customer relations.
* Ability and willingness to travel including overnight stays.
*Overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs.

*Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases.

*Conducting cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI.​

Preferred Job Qualifications:

*Small/Mid group sales and account management experience.

* Sales/marketing strategy development experience.
* Experience driving sales results through others

Compensation: $119,400.00 - $179,100.00
