This position will be responsible for setting the strategy and managing operational oversight of one or more HCSC Medicaid core operation functions (customer service), delegated vendors and key business partners. The incumbent will serve as a liaison supporting key functional areas in the development and implementation of the Medicaid programs at HCSC. The position will oversee member and provider servicing for Medicaid operations.

Please note: This is a hybrid role and will work in the office three days a week.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree and 6 yrs operations experience OR 10 yrs experience working in health insurance operations
• 4 years experience in project management
• 4 years experience leading and managing teams
• 3 years experience managing operations for Medicaid, Dual Demonstration or other related Medicaid programs 
• Experience owning and maintaining vendor relationships for a respective operations area, applying consultative, negotia
