This position is responsible for leading Enterprise operational processes, business operational readiness and optimization of value-based care programs ensuring alignment and integration across functional areas in support of contract administration. Providing oversight & coordination of contract administration and monitors critical timelines. Coordinating execution and optimization of processes to ensure operational efficiencies and audit compliance. Managing complex, VBC program terms and collaborate cross-divisional to align functional activities. Partnering cross-functionally with other business and technical departments to identify, track, measure and establish/refine operational process of new and existing value-based programs. Additional responsibilities also include interpreting contractual parameters and determining execution approach of Network needs. Determining an operations solution and developing a plan/proposal for delivery of the process. Influencing process decisions and proactively identifying solutions and the resources required to implement those solutions. Seek out ways to improve cost savings, eliminate process duplication and means to automate business including writing business recommendations for new solutions synthesizing complex information and equating business outcomes with cost benefit analysis and tangible metrics to support solution.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations or relevant health care industry experience.
  • 3 years of experience leading with large and complex multimillion-dollar projects.
  •  Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions. 
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations. 
  • Problem resolution experience and skills. 
  • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
  • Experience interpreting business and financial information.
  • Negotiations skills. 
  • Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management, and establishing team environment. 
  • Organizational skills. 
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully. 
  • Detail oriented. 
  • PC proficiency to include MS Office products, specifically Excel.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Strong operational process experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for leadership presentations.
  • Self-starter.
  • Proven strategic thinking and execution.
  • Ability to drive decisions, create optionality and determine impacts of options.
  • Value Based Care Operations experience.
