Sales Incentives Manager

In partnership with Human Resources (HR), will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the sales incentive goals and Paid as Earned (PAE) payment structure to drive sales performance, meet business objectives, and motivate our sales and account management teams. This role requires a strong understanding of sales operations, statistical modeling, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a Hybrid/Flex position, working in the office three days per week and remotely two days per week.

Required Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Program Manager or similar role, overseeing sales programs, preferably within the health insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive strategies, and performance management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using sales performance management tools and systems.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
