This Position Is Responsible For Providing Consulting, Direction, Guidance And Support To Help Drive Federal (Retail, Group, Technical And Corporate Related) Regulatory Implementations Across The Enterprise. Assist Executives, And Their Teams, In Federal Regulatory Implementations, To Include The Translation Of Applicable Regulatory Requirements Into Business, Technical And Operational Requirements; The Successful Development And Implementation Of Those Requirements; And The Incorporation Of Those Requirements Into Hcsc*S Daily Business Processes And Operations. Act As A Dedicated Liaison To A Specific Leadership Group Or Segment Within Hcsc (Such As Exchange, Retail, Small Group, Large Group, Technology & Operations, Financial Programs, And Corporate) With Respect To Applicable Regulatory Implementation Related Matters. This Position Will Report On And Advise Leaders And Stakeholders Across The Enterprise On A Variety Of Regulatory Implementation Related Matters.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree and 7+ years of healthcare, managed care, health insurance, business operations or consulting experience OR Masters Degree and 4+ years of healthcare, managed care, health insurance, business operations or consulting experience
* Experience leading and delivering high profile projects and initiatives within a highly matrixed organization
* 4+ years of experience engaging with business leadership in a consultative role
* Project management and planning experience
* Knowledge of, and experience with healthcare, managed care, or health insurance operations and IT systems
* Experience developing business cases
* Experience with leading cross-functional projects/project teams
* Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
* Experience managing multiple complex assignments and projects concurrently
* Strong executive presence, ability to influence others and drive results
* Strong executive presentation skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Master degree or other advanced degree
* Project Management or process certifications
* Experience working with compliance, oversight, audit, government relations and legal areas
* Experience engaging with federal and/or state regulators
* Basic knowledge of the federal and state legislative and regulatory process
* Familiarity with HCSC systems, processes and operations

* Experience driving executive level meetings and presentations

* Ability to communicate with C-Suite level executives and stakeholders

* Ability to understand complex Information Technology solutions

* Ability to create customized reports as needed

Hybrid/Flex Schedule: 3 days in office/week and 2 days remote/week
