This position is responsible for providing technical and operational support to HR talent management. Perform tasks including managing projects, maintaining projects and event plans; planning and drafting communications on events; issue logs and status reports. Also lead or participating in the project meetings and workgroups with multiple, simultaneous projects. Manage the relationship between HR talent management and internal/external stakeholders. Provide logistical support for events as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree and 2 years of business, training or project management experience

OR 6 years of business, training, or project management experience.
* Experience in the development of training materials.
* Experience facilitating groups and delivering presentations.
* Experience writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through implementation.
* Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work with all levels of the organization.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with Workday

* Healthcare industry experience

* Event coordination/ management experience

* Experience with planning and drafting company-wide communications

*Please note that this role is HYBRID with an in-office requirement of 3 days a week and NO VISA sponsorship is available for this role.
