This position is responsible for driving delivery, contingency planning, business results and highly complex program(s) consisting of multiple projects in support of assigned line of business strategy. Facilitating communication of changes and any updates needed as a result of enhancements delivered to impacted business units and making recommendations to business process solutions and effective project delivery. Serving as functional lead between the Business, Intake, Delivery and Operations teams, they are responsible for tracking key program milestones and recommending adjustments to program leadership and team. Continuous delivery optimization focused in process maturity, relationship management, and tooling enhancements. Job Responsibilities: * Provide oversight for integration/implementation initiatives. Serve as HCSC business lead on projects for division and on enterprise-wide projects. * Ability to quickly learn and expand knowledge base to include, but not limited to, product lines, financial arrangements, operational activities, and system functionalities. This includes the ability to write business cases and executive summaries in addition to effectively managing budgets. * Drive comprehensive project scope and definition documents that detail success factors, outcomes, and associated business risks. * Formulate action plans to develop and implement projects. Coordinate development of initiatives across functional areas to ensure accountabilities are identified and milestones are met. * As a subject matter expert works with end-users and process owners to assess current processes and procedures to frame business opportunities and define action plans to improve effectiveness and efficiency. * Resolve problems with products or projects, working across teams. Escalate complex critical performance issues to management. * Facilitate and participate in user group councils, steering committees, and project team lead meetings. * Enforce the use of project controls and tools that ensures accurate status reporting, management of risks, issues, changes, and defects as defined in the Business Release Schedule and delivery methodology. Provide progress reports to management on a regular basis as defined by project dashboard. * Provide decision support to senior management across the enterprise to determine plans of action for the resolution of issues and adoption of new processes, policies, and procedures. Serve as a decision maker or escalation point for decision support. * Facilitate troubleshooting with the technical team to analyze and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Identify root causes based on prior system knowledge and advanced analytical skills. * Monitor effectiveness and success of new processes, procedures, products, system support and coordinate the fine-tuning efforts.Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree and 7 years of experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 11 years of experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis.
* Experience with business process design.
* Experience in healthcare industry and project delivery
* 5year of progressive responsibility managing multiple large complex projects.
* Knowledge delivery methodologies,
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer service and interpersonal skills and tactful in dealing with people.
* PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word and Power Point.
Compensation: $102,000.00 - $184,300.00
