Acts as the primary contact for subscribers and providers in the PPO Health Care Delivery System, addressing inquiries and complaints via written correspondence or phone. Coordinates issue resolution and prepares reports, surveys, and communications related to the PPO program.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of college, or its equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years customer contact experience in the health insurance or health care delivery field, or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge of health care delivery.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
