This position is responsible for contributing to the implementation of strategic road maps and assisting in the design and development of innovative health management solutions (e.g., care management, utilization management, health & wellness, etc.) that will improve quality, increase efficiency and drive cost savings for the HAS and ERS accounts. Responsibilities include conducting thorough business case and customer value analyses to identify program gaps and propose and implement solutions. This individual will partner with various stakeholders to execute the design process based on a structured and analytical approach. This role will foster strong, ongoing relationships amongst internal and external business partners by leveraging best practices (external and internal), methodology and tools while developing subject matter expertise in clinical solution design. This individual will promote a “Raising the Bar” philosophy inspiring self and others to promote quality and deliver with excellence.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in strategic planning, program or product development, or market research

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field

  • Strong interpersonal, consultative and relationship building skills in order to initiate and develop productive working partnerships with all levels of management/leadership and staff

  • Effective communication, written and negotiation skills, and ability to communicate and influence internal and external customers

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Intentional regard for and manifestation of HCSC’s Core Values.

  • Clinical Licensure.

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field

  • Project Management experience.

  • New Program implementation experience

  • Clinical Program experience and/or familiarity with clinical program delivery

This is a Flex position (in office 3 days a week), position can be located in the Chicago HQ or Richardson HQ
