This position is responsible for providing end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business values. This is a dynamic leadership role that combines technical oversight, people development, and strategic partnerships to ensure the delivery of large-scale programs, while fostering a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and systematic learning

Required Job Qualifications:  
*Bachelor degree and 5 years of experience in Technology delivery management and coordination, coordination across lines of business, project performance tracking and reporting, or business process analysis and business analysis OR 9 years of experience in Technology delivery management and coordination, coordination across lines of business, project performance tracking and reporting, or business process analysis and business analysis. 
*3 years of management experience leading teams 
*Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages. 
*Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS.
*Knowledge of DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process.
*Project / portfolio management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP.
*Business acumen.
*Experience working with offshore teams.
*Program / project management.
*Vendor / SLA management.
*Ability to influence.
*Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
*Teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Job Qualifications: 

*Knowledge of Government Products / Programs (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, DSNP / Dual Eligibles, etc.)
*Ability to tie together solutions across systems.
*Strong analytical, interpretive and organizational skills.
*Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions.
*Time management / prioritization.

Compensation: $118,800.00 - $220,800.00
