This position is responsible for contacting identified members to inform and educate them on health care programs to address their personal health plan needs and comprehensive respiratory care coordination for customers who have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and/or Asthma diagnosis, engaging the member in discussion of adherence to personal health plans, responding to inquiries from members, and supporting the clinicians in the Medical Management department with their provider and member activities.

PREFERRED JOB REUIREMENTS & DETAILS

• Applicant must have a current Licensure as a Respiratory Therapist 

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist required

• Knowledge of current health care practices and appropriate treatments. 

• This is a Telecommute (Remote) role: Must reside within 250 miles of the offices listed or anywhere within the posted states.
