Designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements. Serving as technical designer to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment. Linking business analyst needs and architect definition to technical solutions. This role is responsible for leading and supporting high-profile Utilization Management (UM) and Care Management (CM) initiatives that address critical regulatory mandates and advance organizational capabilities to drive competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will quickly translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions, with experience in modern healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks such as FHIR and Da Vinci. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication capabilities to collaborate across external vendor partners and cross-functional internal teams, including engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. The position also supports production operations, requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to manage user incidents, participate in technical bridge calls, and support scheduled after-hours and weekend maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performance.

 Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 year Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience.

Compensation: $102,000.00 - $184,300.00
