• This position is responsible for delivering employee services requiring knowledge of HR policies and procedures in such areas as salary and benefit administration, employee relations, wellness, or employee development; researching and providing solutions to the more difficult employee and retiree issues and concerns; working with all areas of HR to ensure effective employee services; and is accountable for participating in the HR value proposition to attract, develop, and retain high quality diverse employees for the corporation.

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree OR  4 years’ experience in customer service or Human Resources
• Service oriented and have desire to serve the customer.
• Consultation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical, research and documentation skills.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of the Workday System.
• Knowledge of health insurance industry.
