HCSC This Position Is Responsible For Performing Activities Associated With Administration And Management Of Pharmacy Programs Including But Not Limited To Assisting In The Development, Implementation And Maintenance Of A Disease State Formulary System. Utilization Management Programs. Specialty Pharmacy Management. Medication Therapy Management, Client Relationships And Support; And Development Of Innovative Clinical Programs. CARE ALLIES The CareAllies clinical pharmacist will play a key role in executing on our strategic priorities focused on unlocking value and quality for physicians by reducing complexity of care and elevating clinical results.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Registered Pharmacist in the United States.
• Experience using window based word processing, spreadsheet and relational database software.
• Drug information skills.
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of practice guidelines or practice parameters; Pharmacoeconomics; quality improvement processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of medication use evaluation principles.
• Ability to remain at a work station and perform computer entry for long periods of time, as required.
• Skills to handle multiple priorities and manage communications professionally to achieve issue resolution with customers, employees, or management

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Rotational scheduleWeekends and Holidays.
• ​3 years of experience within Pharmacy practice.
• Additional certifications and residency experience.
• Managed care and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience.
• MTM experience, specialty pharmacy, or government programs knowledge.

This is a Telecommute (Remote) role:  Must reside within 250 miles of the office or anywhere within the posted state.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $180,700.00
