This position is responsible for developing master document and/or account-specific financial agreements, including phases of research drafting, coordination of internal approvals, filing of language with various departments of insurance, programming and implementation; and providing consultative services to multiple corporate areas. Overseeing, editing, and drafting policy language based on updated legal and contract changes.

Required Job Qualifications:

• 4 years' experience in health insurance contract and claim administration agreement and financial agreement development.
• Knowledge of health products and procedures, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to collaborate with peers and other contract specialists.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
• PC proficiency to include Word and desktop publishing application.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Prior experience with SERFF (filing system) - highly preferred
• Regulatory experience in healthcare market - highly preferred
• Paralegal and/or legal experience.

Hybrid: Work in office 3 days a week; work from home 2 days a week.
