This position is responsible for providing sales and marketing support to clients, sales leadership, and account executives/managers. The role responds to client and business partner requests related to claims and data issues, recruitment campaigns, sales products, reporting, and other account-related inquiries. Responsibilities include researching and resolving requests, coordinating with internal teams, and utilizing available resources to ensure timely and accurate service. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and relationship management skills while maintaining a high level of client and account satisfaction.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year experience reviewing complex claims OR 5 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Claims, Customer Service or provider service involving processing or coordination of service for health care clients
• Completion of Blue Chip training and experience with Blue Chip systems capabilities and/or processes.
• Knowledge with benefits provisions of group contracts and system interface skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Knowledge of benefit provisions of group contacts.
• Experience with HCSC Systems/Database.
• Basic understanding of healthcare reform and implications on client accounts.
• Experience with Blue Chip system or similar health care systems capabilities and/or process.
• State Insurance Agent license or pursuing State Insurance Agent license.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote. Lombard, IL Sponsorship is not available.
