This position is responsible for implementing the Subsidiary Operations Oversight engagement model with our HCSC subsidiaries, representing the needs of a multiple domains including keys Ops & IT areas such as Customer Service and our subsidiaries. This includes assessing, identifying, and collaboratively executing on strategic priorities and opportunities. Responsible for driving standard meeting cadences for HCSC and subsidiary partners to collaborate, particularly working with the most senior stakeholders within HCSC and the subsidiary. Responsible for building, managing, and monitoring subsidiary relationships through performance monitoring of contract agreements, and issue resolution, etc. for HCSC Operations. Responsible for collaborating on subsidiary strategy and developing processes/tools for oversight and entity management to improve operational processes or results across multiple supported divisions.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of process improvement of core operational functionsOR11 years of process improvement of core operational functions and managing subsidiary or supplier relationships. This should include experience playing lead role in program/project level delivery

  • 3 years of management experience

  • Project management experience and effective team leadership skills.

  • Business knowledge, including background on using key performance indicators and understanding technology implementations,to help HCSC Operations achieve service targets.

  • Experience managing supplieror subsidiary relationships and performance.

  • Experience managing difficult relationships and resolving conflict.

  • Ability to influence, negotiate,and execute while navigating and building customer relationships.

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication, analytical and collaboration skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree.

  • Healthcare experience.

  • Hands on experience using modern operational excellence and continuous improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma, TQM) with basic knowledge of these methodologies.

  • Formal training in operational excellence methods, such as LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma.
