Positioned at the intersection of technology delivery and business operations, this position is responsible for ensuring alignment across enterprise leaders to the divisional strategy. This position supports IT Divisional efforts to prioritize, analyze, plan, and execute on IT strategy in support of the business plan. Assists initiative leads in analyzing and implementing processes improvements to optimize IT activities and in defining metrics needed to measure process success. The resource may support and lead teams responsible for implementation of initiatives with high complexity that affects multiple functional areas within the division.NOTE:This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO, IL; SPRINGFIELD, IL; TULSA, OK; HELENA, MT; ALBUQUERQUE, NM;or RICHARDSON, TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree and 3 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
- Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
- Experience interpreting business and financial information
- Verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Experience with changing assignments and priorities
- Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization
- Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback
- Analytical and information synthesis skills
- PC proficiency to include MS Office products
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
- X12 formatting and loops/segments
- HIPAA Companion guides code sets
- Model Audit Rule (MAR) of key controls over financial reporting
Compensation: $61,500.00 - $136,100.00
