This position is responsible for leading the development of functional and non-functional business requirements; working with the Business Solutions Lead to understand business strategy and translate into product requirement. The role will require focus on the product lifecycle from idea to deployment with member experience driving strategic decisions and aligning direction with the business and company long term strategy and goals.

NOTE:This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

*Bachelor Degree and 2 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.
*Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
*Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping using Jira
*Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
*Business acumen.
*Project management skills
*Requirements definition and management.
*SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.
*Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
*Possess ability to manage workload and manage multiple priorities, as applicable.
*Written and verbal communications

*Understanding the product lifecycle, road mapping, and prioritization.

*Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

*Understanding user needs and input in designing intuitive and engaging digital products.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

*Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
*Business process management and modeling.
*BA certification.
*Experience working in Healthcare industry.

*Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, software development processes, and emerging trends.

*Ability to lead and inspire teams without direct authority, drive product vision, and manage expectations.

*Ability to identify and solve complex product-related issues and make data-driven decisions.

Compensation: $60,300.00 - $133,400.00
