BASIC FUNCTION HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Sales Support Team! This position is responsible for calculating sales incentives and retention bonuses for account executives and sales executives in all segments and markets. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the sales incentive system calculation and verifying the accurate and timely completion and delivery of all the incentive statements for new business, Life, renewal, and retention. The position reviews and remediates system exception and error reporting detailing incentives by individual, product code, company, and cost center to be charged. Responding to inquiries from Sales regarding incentive compensation and related systems. Maintaining data required to calculate incentives and bonuses for the assigned book of business, reflecting group changes, anniversary changes, and account executive reassignments. Assists with ad-hoc reporting and projects. The role is hybrid/flex and requires onsite visibility three days per week, working from the other two days. NOTE: relocation will not be extended; sponsorship is not available either now or in the future.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years’ of college with courses in Accounting, Business and Computer Science OR 2 years of direct business experience.
  • One (1) year of experience utilizing analytical skills.
  • Initiative and detail oriented.
  • Strong aptitude for mathematics.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • One (1) year of incentive payment experience.
  • HCSC marketing experience or familiarity.
  • Knowledge of HCSC sales incentive policies and procedures.
  • Experience with creating formulas and macros in Excel.
